Can we import our existing patient list?
Yes. Patients, services, products and opening balances are imported from Excel during onboarding, and the import tools stay available to your admin afterwards.
Who can see a patient's phone number?
Only roles granted the "view full phone" permission. Everyone else sees a masked number, in lists, on the calendar and in exports.
Does it work for multi-branch clinics?
Yes. A patient can be shared across branches or scoped per branch, a setting you choose per clinic, and every visit records the branch it happened in.
