Questions about subscribing

Is there a minimum contract?
Packages are billed monthly or yearly. Monthly packages can be cancelled at the end of any month; yearly packages include two months free.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your data is yours. Patients, invoices, accounting entries and reports export to Excel at any time, and on request we hand over a full export when a subscription ends.
How is a multi-branch clinic priced?
The Enterprise package covers several branches under one subscription with consolidated reporting for the owner. We quote per network rather than per branch.
Can we move from another system?
Yes. Onboarding includes importing patients, services, products, packages and opening balances from Excel exports of your previous software.
How do we pay?
Bank transfer or card everywhere; InstaPay in Egypt; a KNET or MyFatoorah link in Kuwait; mada in Saudi Arabia. A tax invoice is issued for every payment.
Which currency are we billed in?
Your clinic's currency: Egyptian pounds in Egypt, Kuwaiti dinars in Kuwait and Saudi riyals in Saudi Arabia. The package prices shown here are the Egyptian list; Gulf clinics receive a quote in their currency.
